1: A/B, I do a lot of on-lie shopping and I'm happy to use Pay Pal as a Guest [the Merchant pays a fee, but I don't] I recently bought a item, from a Polish website in Euro's, and PP exchange rate was very competitive when compared to my Banks and other sources

2: A if the Merchant takes payment through a secure payment system, there are other options to PP, but they all seem to charge Merchants a Arm and a Leg to use them.

3: A/B I get push emails and do a little bit of on - line access using my Smart Phone. But the screen is way too small to do full on-line transactions, even if connected via WIFI
