Hi
We have 4 dogs ( 3 border collies & a spaniel) and am looking for campsite recommendations in north of England / Scotland that accept more than 2 dogs and have somewhere you can exercise them off lead. I'm struggling to find anywhere.
Not bothered about size or facailities - just need somewhere with a shower.
Would really appreciate some help

Linwater Caravan Site near Edinburgh will probably accept four dogs.
It is a nice quiet site and well behaved dogs are allowed off-lead, I camp there regularly with my dog.

Not sure if that qualifies for Caravan Club membership - "Full Membership is open to all touring caravanners aged 18 years and over, whether they own, hire or borrow or are considering purchase of a tourer caravan, motorhome or trailer tent for recreation." but you'd certainly be able to join the Camping and Caravanning Club!
One of the C&CC magazine covers, two or three years ago, featured a lady exiting a caravan, presumably on a Club site, holding five dog leads (though only four dogs were in shot) so I'm fairly sure your four would be acceptable!
