We're looking for a nice site to go towards the end of august, preferably between paignton and plymouth. Not looking for anything all singing and dancing but must have ehu, and clean toilets and showers. This will be only our 2nd time camping and the first with our newly acquired awning for our concorde.

There's a Camping and Caravanning Club site (which as you may already know, needs membership card or payment of an additional "non-member nightly pitch fee", but you could enrol on arrival) which should meet your requirements, at Slapton Sands?

We've just been to Higher Well near Paignton for two weeks. admittedly it was in one of their statics but their camping looked great. Take a look!

Near Brixham.

Galmpton Touring Park

Fantastic views over the river Dart. Steam train goes past the site - can see the steam and hear it. Has clean toilets and showers and some EHU.

I have reviewed it.

High well farm as huge pitches very clean showers and toilet block and good prices as well
