Does anyone have any good recommendations of campsites that have electric hook ups for caravans which are on working farms. We want to go away at Easter and with 2 boys aged 5 and 7 I'd love them to get involved in feeding lambs, collecting eggs etc. We live in Milton Keynes so looking at maximum of 3 hours drive (Dorset, mid Wales, Kent, Sussex etc) thanks

That site looks wonderful and just what I'm looking for but perhaps too far for a short break but will try to go there for a longer holiday in the future. Any other ideas like that?

Longthorns Farm in Dorset may suit you although you'd need to check if they allow campers to feed the animals. There is also a monkey place next door if you want to feed those too!

Dol Llys Farm in Llanildoes is on a working farm, and there are several more in the area.

I tried Dol Llys farm today but they are already booked up. Do you know the names of any of the others in that area?

Fancy a farm for us too. Have added these to my virtual brochure.

What is the tariff for Longthorns farm please? Everytime i open the tariff it closes the page with an error message. Anyone having anyluck with it.

Looking at half term week. Family of 5, youngest is 4.

Thanks.

Tariff link from their website seems to be working now.

Looks as if fees are based on unit size rather than occupancy.

Thanks Bob.

So £22 for a 7 man tent. Would love half term to be cheaper but it has a bank holiday so means very expensive.
