Hi all just a heads up if you're travelling to East coast Filey, brid, Scarborough and you usually go through Howden you might want to try another route, i.e continue upto Beverley on M62 and come off there. We went to brid on Monday 21st March and there's road works that was causing tailbacks at the roundabout as you come down off the M62. Opposite direction the poor buggers were queuing back about 2 miles.

We came home through Howden about 7pm and it was fine at that time.

Thanks for the info! I used to live up that way (my dad still lives in Beverley), so I know how busy those holiday routes can get.
