Oooh that's a difficult one. Too old for playgrounds but too young to be heading out and about too much on their own. Can you narrow it down a bit more - what sort of area are you thinking of going to? Do the boys have any hobbies?

sorry I was brief! looking at Cornwall, they love the beach, sailing, swimming, somewhere with an activity centre.

Will Devon do instead of Cornwall? River Dart Country Park has assault course, zip wires, water fights, high ropes, swimming and so on.

Yes difficult , our granddaughters are same age. We tend to play badminton, football, throw frisby. Bit of family fun really. Now cards games in the tent later on, with charades still being played. they still sometimes pop to the swing park to see if theres anyone their age about to make friends with I suppose. Hopefully they wont get sick of camping but you never know.

Make sure you take their bikes. If you go to Cornwall (or Devon) there are loads of cycle tracks, so plenty of scope.
