Although it's not in your preferred areas, Diamond Farm at Bletchingdon Oxfordshire ticks a lot of your boxes and there is plenty to see and do in the area. There is no dog walking area actually on site, but right over the road and next door to the campsite, there are plenty of lovely livestock free walks for taking your pooches, with pub stops on route if you like that kind of thing.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
