Hi all, I am looking for a nice campsite in North Yorkshire near the coast line and wonder if anyone has any suggestions please. We are taking a tent and our dog.

Have a look a Runswick bay near Whitby, we used to go all the time with tent. Short but steep downhill walk to village and beach. There was a pub/hotel at top of hill next door to campsite which was handy. Campsite had good clean facilities and nicely sheltered from wind. Lovely walk from Sandsend to Whitby along beach.

Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
