Hi folks. We've just booked up to visit Treloy touring park near to Newquay for August holiday , never stayed this part of Cornwall as normally go to st Ives area ....
Anyone used ?...
Seems to be very good reviews , didn't really want to be to close to Newquay as we're family oriented and Newquay does attract the younger population ..
Site looks very well kept and good reviews for families ..

It's always a worry when you venture to try a new place out and break away from your creature of habit places ...

Sorry I haven't been but your post made me look at it as I'm always interested in North Cornwall sites. It looks very nice and I hope you get replies as I'm interested in people's views also. If nothing else my reply will bump the thread up the first page.

We have stayed here quite a few years ago when our children were younger. Back then it was a lovely site and we all enjoyed the pool.

Have you got kids? We enjoyed Crealey - 7 days return for free. And Premier Inn breakfast for a treat wasn't too far. Kids eat free.

Mawgan Porth beach is lovely. Morrisons supermarket was the best : closest we found.

Remember swim stuff for pool.

Just got back from our annual trip to Carnevas holiday park near St Merryn.Mawgan Porth has always been our favourite beach.Newquay has not changed much over the years and is only frequented by the young ones at night although some of the night spots have closed.Very busy to travel through unless you know some of the local routes. We always have a trip to St Ives but nearly missed it this year due to a bad accident on the A30 and a big fire near Hayle which closed the park and ride on the train which is the best way to get in but managed to park up at the rugby club and walked down in to the town although they do have a bus service laid on. Hope you have a good time

Had our annual 2 weeks at the start of July in this part of Cornwall. Just love the area, we have not been to this site but it was one of the 2 choices we narrowed down from the many fantastic sites in the Newquay area, we chose Trevarrian holiday park instead.

Great beaches, Mawgan Porth, Watergate Bay and Porth beach to name a few.

All of the supermarkets are close by but Morrisons is a favourite.

Our weather was good, fingers crossed you have a great time and some nice weather.
