If you don't have kids Wyton Lakes adults only site just outside Huntingdon will fit the bill - three lakes and several lakeside pitches beside all three

Another shout for Northam Farm

They have fishing competitions at different times during the season. You can even pitch your Van to face the water. Lovely site but does get busy during school holidays, with tourers and lots of seasonal pitches
