Does anyone have any recommendations for a campsite that would be providing a (controlled as it can be) bonfire night celebration. We have looked at York but there doesn't appear to be much available. We have always gone to a small c&c cl but they are booked up this year - they had a spare field that we could use :-(

The reason we have looked at york is that we are looking to go with friends who will be working late on friday but travelling up after work from Wakefield. Our caravan is stored in Carnaby near Bridlington so we are looking to meet half way in the middle.

We have done both camping and caravan club and caravan club rallies for bonfire and they always put on a good bonfire and firework display. It is worth having a search for the centres in your area.
