Hi All, myself and my wife are looking for a seasonal pitch ideally in the North West, but will consider elsewhere if the price is right.

We are probably looking at getting away a couple of times a month, so cheaper is better, if that is possible.

From what I have seen so far, the cheapest site was £1500 which for the amount of time we are looking at is probably a bit expensive.

So we would really appreciate it if anyone has any suggestions for a hidden gem or a diamond in the rough that you think would be worth looking at.

Thanks for your responses.

RoniJ: yes we are members of the CC, however the sites on the CC that offer seasonal pitches don't really offer anything more than a pitch.

I should of been a bit more specific on my requirements, a bar that serves food on site for me is a must, swimming pool would be great but not essential and none of the CC sites offer this (sadly I only realised this after signing up!)

BOB-D: North West England pal, again should have stated. Wish it was North West Scotland, seen some cracking sites, just a tad too far to be travelling for the weekend!
