The Tudor arms Slimbridge good campsites and good food in the pub nice walks on the canal and near the Wildfowl & Wetlands trust just down the road

Lake District. National trust campsites at Wasdale Head and Great Langdale. Pubs close to both and you're not going to beat the hiking!

Not sure about the opening times, but the Ship Inn in Highley has a CL caravan site on the premises, which is behind one of the stations on the Severn Valley Railway.

Hey folks, thanks for the replies! I have pretty much searched every which way using the facility on ukcampsite and am even geeky enough to had done it with the Camra good pub guide in hand!

The individual recommendations look great, thanks.
