Just been able to go away this weekend after all. and everywhere full. Not bothered about loads of facilities just clean shower/ toilet block please. Had a look on link on here, but having rang a few, they were full too so obviously not updating their availabilty . So where can we go, North East, ? A rare few sites have a first come basis, but which ones. Help needed from fellow campers, Oh, just medium tent non electric

I'm not sure that anyone bothers with Whit up here. I was in Banff this morning and the camp site looked fairly quiet. There was only one person on the beach. Temp was 25 C.
Maybe everyone is arriving this afternoon.
