Hi me and my partner are looking to buy a caravan but we are new to this and not sure if we can live on a site all year around? We are looking for a site in the Surrey area just wondered if anyone new of any?

As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
Most sites will only allow stays of up to 28 days, as they are not licenced for residential use, only holiday use. However, you may find one that will "turn a blind eye" to a longer stay. I suspect they are very few and far between though and you may have to widen your search to "southern England", rather than Surrey. You will also need a "bricks & mortar" address for all your legal matters, bank accounts, insurances, etc. The old idea of giving a friends or relatives address for this purpose is getting much more difficult these days. Possible I'm sure, until they catch up with you.
One possible option would be for one or both of you to work on the site, as that way you would be staff rather than a visitor.
Yes I've seen a lot of sites are 28 days. Oh yer that's fine with the post. I never thought about that I need to have a look in tot he sites around this area. Thank you very much for your help
