Hi all

Off to Moffat Jan 2nd for a night or 3. Anyone know of pubs doing good food in the area where our well behaved dogs would be welcomed?

All pubs do good food and humans can go into the pubs with the dogs as well 😉

As you leave the site you’ll see the back of a pub which is good but I can’t remember the name. There’s one at the other end of the high street, too, where we had a good meal.

Buccleuch Arms. It's in the square, you'll drive past it. Dogs allowed in the bar - I don't think anywhere allows dogs into the restaurants. They filter & bottle their own water too, and it's delicious.
The campsite has a tiny enclosed dog run, but the woods on the hill right above town are great for dog walking.
