Have a look at Glamping with FeatherdownFarms - not merely private toilets and bathrooms, but hot tubs and wood burning stoves too. My young grandson loves it, but then he doesn't pay. About 30 UK locations and growing number of sites overseas too.

Ashbourne Heights in Derbyshire has ensuite pitches

Wimbles Farm Wild Camping in East Sussex - Each pitch has its own eco toilet

Hedley Wood Caravan & Camping Park near Bude in Devon has the option of ensuite pitches

Sand Le Mere, Hull, E Yorkshire again has en suite pitches.

Monkey Tree Holiday Park Newquay, Cornwall has pitches with private bathroom suites with toilet, basin and shower
