Hi I’m just wondering if you could post all you favourite northeast and Cumbria campsites that allow tents, children, dogs and electric hook ups. Something that will entertain the kids on site or nearby is a must and a clubhouse/pub is preferable but not essential.
All suggestions welcome, thank you

Meadow falls ingleton: small site great for families large area for kids to run around. A pub 2 mins walk. 15 min walk into ingleton with outdoor swimming pool and the amazing ingleton waterfalls trail.

Mains farm kirkoswald: great site on the river Eden. Small play park for the kids with plenty of space to run about. 5 min drive into Lazonby which also has a small outdoor pool and play park. Couple of pubs and a co op.

Both sites have great toilet/shower facilities and also both allow campfires (fire pit hire available) also electric hook up.

Also in Lazonby is a very small site at the rear of the swimming pool and play park it holds around 10/15 pitches all with electric hook up only downside is you have to use the pool changing rooms for shower/toilet. You get an access code for the evening when the pool shuts. Approx 100m from the site to the toilets and not greatly lit of an evening but it's a great little site.
