Me and Ma were on a 14 night break at Broadings Farm Whitby North Yorkshire. This should have ended on the 29th March 2020.The site owner came round at 10.am on Monday 23 March to inform us that they had received word from the N.F.U that it would be advisable to close down by 18.00 hours that day as they would soon be being forced to close down anyway,an by not much later than 18.00 the following day. They were not given a time period as to how long these closures could last.
We were told that these closures would soon be across the board for all caravan sites, not just farm operated sites.
Please don't travel without checking first, and stay at home if you can ,stay safe and look after vunerable family members.
Ma now has to self-isolate for 12wks as she is in an at risk group.

Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
When you get back to tv & radio & papers (or read some recent UKCS threads) you’ll find all sites are shut & we’re all to stay at home, regardless of age, with 4 exceptions for going out. But you’ll see soon.
We’re all in this boat together.
