ive booked naburn loch campsite in York for early june . would I be intitled to full refund as they cant guarantee they will be open due to coronavirus and I will have to hire a camper van for holiday ?

York Naburn Lock Caravan Park Closes with Immediate Effect
It is with heavy hearts, we have taken the very difficult decision to close York Naburn Lock Caravan Park to new arrivals immediately.
We must all play our part in trying to reduce non-essential travel, social contact and the enormous pressure on valuable local and national emergency as well as other essential services through this national crisis. The financial burden will be enormous, following a winter of new investment on maintenance and improvements.
Your custom and support has been deeply appreciated so, please be assured that we will all still be here and working towards re-opening the park as soon as it is safe to do so.
Everyone’s ability to come through this won’t just be down to what government or business can do, but by the individual acts of kindness we show one another.
We are asking you, our wonderful customers, to defer holidays until later in the year, even into 2021, rather than ask for refunds. You can hold balances as credits for a time which you feel is right.
We shall be contacting every guest holding a booking personally, to discuss these options with you and answer all the questions you must have.
During this time you might not receive instant responses to emails and telephone calls though we promise to respond to each and every one of you as soon as we can. You are all very valued and important to us. We cannot express how sad we all are, but are absolutely confident this is the right thing to do.

thanks for replies. They have not been in touch since saying we would lose £60 deposit and may or may not be open in end of June and phone goes straight to a message saying there closed . it was going to be our 1st time there so not as if we are 1 of there regular customers as we live hundreds of miles away and was going to hire a camping van to go .
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
