Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.

Welcome to UKCS.
If you use the Site Search, you can look in your chosen area. Click on “seasonals” & anything else you want. Or “statics”, but you’ll be buying off the site as they usually don’t let you bring on your own static.
But it’s unlikely that you’ll able to rent out the caravan to make money - that’s sub contracting & usually not allowed in the contract you have with the site. Plus someone has to empty the chemical toilet and refill the water hog of a tourer, and it won’t be the people who pay use the caravan.
Yes , a static would hold me to one place but a tourer I guess every 3-5 years I could move it’s somewhere new
I’ve not a lot of money so to be able to rent it out a bit to help towards the bills is important
I realise this is probably not a norm for a tourer , I have found one mid wales that I can leave year round and another option I guess would be to find , local winter storage In that area

As has been said, doubt very much if you will be able to rent out a tourer.
------------- XVI yes?

Re sub letting a tourer - check your caravan insurance; check your contract with the site owners; and think through the logistics of paying someone to service it every couple of days if you’re not going to do it yourself. For the same pay, I’d rather stack shelves than deal with someone else’s toilet contents.
I don’t think the seasonal pitch fee will be a deal breaker or else so many people wouldn’t do it. It’s a fraction of what the caravan will cost to buy, insure, maintain, and service annually.

Thank you for your information I’m quite aware of what I’m looking for but as they say ( if you don’t ask you don’t get ) so I have to explore the possibilities. The harsh facts is that modern life is becoming harder and harder to live in financially specially for single people , you would be surprised the growing amout living out of camper vans opting for a cheaper way of living . I have to explore all my possibilities, even if I have to empty a cassette toilet…..doesn’t seem a big deal to me after all plumbers spend there life doing things with toilets .. I rather do this than spend a retirement in a one bedroom flat spending all my pension on bills …I don’t know how people do it I certainly could not . I would like if possible a more enjoyable last 20 years on this earth . I hope to use our closed season time camping in Spain .well that’s a rough plan ..
I’m sure you’ll find somewhere that suits you - the Site Search is very useful for that. Plenty of people here on UKCS live full time in a caravan or MH, so just ask when you have other questions. There’s a separate forum for Camping Abroad, have a look there for ideas about Spain.
Good luck.
