No personal knowledge, but maybe Lambing time? I also checked TA reviews & the Management response to one criticism about booking was to recommend using email (saying they get hundreds of emails a day) as they had to leave the phone off the hook, it was so busy.
Oh, and it seems they don’t accept German Shepherd Dogs, if you’ve got one since your last visit.
But it’s still popular, it would seem, so maybe try again.
