Has anyone been here, or knows of it? C&CC book says to access via Grandborough Fields but I can't see the entrance. Also, are there trees to the south does anyone know?

going by google maps you enter via grange feilds road, and follow the drive upto the house which has an entrance alongside it to the field where you can make out a caravan parked on the far left of that feild, however from google maps it looks like the land has been sold for housing
go to google maps and then put these co ordinates into the search - 52.29550475653087, -1.2827351352632643 it will show you the position of the entrance alongside the house
