Anyone could recommend me a campsite or caravan park where I could work and live in the site with my caravan and my cat? Ideally somewhere with shade so I could keep the caravan as cool as possible. I would like to work next season 2024.

Have a look at the jobs section on UKCS. And look at the two main club websites.
If you’re going to reject a job because the site has no trees, you may be unsuccessful. Even if a site does have trees on it, managers’ caravans or Motorhomes are usually located close to Reception: you might not be able to pick a shady pitch farther off that’s not in view of the security barrier, for example.
Cat shouldn’t be a problem: there are threads about taking a cat camping, which might be helpful.
Good luck with your search.

Hi Fiona, thanks for your reply. I might better choose campsites up north so there is less risk of overheated caravan. Perhaps I'm lucky finding a place where I can allow my cat to roam free so she doesn't have to be locked in the caravan while I'm on duty. My main concern is that, to have to leave her locked in an overheated caravan while on duty.
