Try Trevornick it's just out side of Newquay. Very dog friendly thru our the site dog showers and facilities and dogs are welcome in the clubhouse. Great beach also.
Highly recommend it will be our 9 th year going back this year!!

Last time we looked at hendra it was massively expensive compared to sites with better reviews in the local area.

Treyarnon Bay camp site is nice. It is about a 30min drive from Newquay.

It doesn't have a club house but there is a YHA pub next door and it has a beach on its doorstep, which has great waves for surfing / bodyboarding.

I little outside your requirements but worth looking at.
