Welcome to UKCS.
At least say (very vaguely) where you live (we can’t see your location on the app) & how many hours drive you’re happy to do. No point any of us recommending our favourite sites that fit your brief if they’re too far.
Alternatively, or as well, try the Site Search on here: pick where, tick what’s important, look at sites with 9 or 10 stars & read the first page of reviews (which may or may not be relevant to your situation).
Finally, there may already be a thread for caravan sites in popular areas, if you search the Sites forum.
Personally, I wouldn’t be limited by cost at this early stage - some folks like the certainty of the (more expensive) club sites, others prefer (generally cheaper) less formal independent sites. The small CAMC Certificated Locations (CLs) appeal to some & appall others, and are probably the cheapest option but may not have everything you want (eg Wi-Fi).
Your perfect site is out there, I’m sure!
As others have said, too broad a question to give specific answers.
I'm 'odd' it seems, I'll tow the length and breadth of the country (from London) to get to a destination of my choosing, an 8 hour drive doesn't daunt me, but plenty of others will restrict themselves to a couple of hours, or less, from home! You need to give us your general location and range limits for specific site recommendations.
AFAIK, none (or none I know of) club sites have on site cafes/bars, but a great many have one or more nearby. The club sites (including their associated CL/CS limited pitch privately owned sites) are probably the bulk of camps sites available.
Commercial sites often have eateries/bars on site, but sometimes at pretty hefty pitch prices due to the 'amenity', and are often aimed at families with younger children which may not be entirely to your liking! - thinking Haven type sites! Price band of pitches often determines what a site offers directly, what is your budget expectation? Pitches can still be found for sub-£22, right up to £70/£80 per night! Be cautious of accumulative priced pitches, an appealing 'reasonable' base price (usually near unachievable to actually book that!) can easily become outrageous when all the additional, dog, EHU, extra person, awning charges are totalled!
Fully serviced pitches are to be found, but a relative minority, and often only a limited number on any given site, but a few surprise gems to be found, some CL/CS club sites do them at very reasonable rates.
The site search above with it's filtering options is a great resource for finding camp sites to your specific needs, but often you need to read the reviews as well to get the full picture. https://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/
Good luck.

We almost exclusively use CLs/CSs and have found that sites with fishing often have cafes. Broom Fisheries near Annan in Scotland springs to mind, there will be others
We are from Liverpool so maybe a couple of hours away for a long weekend break. Price not too crazy but happy to pay the bit extra for a special site.
Bar/restaurant would be a bonus!
The C&C Club site between Windermere and Kendal (called the Windermere Camping and Caravanning Club site) meets all your requirements. It has a small on-site pub, The Whistling Pig, which serves food as well as drinks.

Lovely site,Silvercraigs Caravan Park Kirkcudbright, Dumfries and Galloway, Edge of great little town with harbour ,woods with red squirrels at back site, loads walks, beach 6 miles away,we have been last 9 yrs,we from York so not too bad a ride,we just come back after a month,£30 a night, very clean site.
Porth Dinlle might be worth a look; dog-friendly, handy pub and beach. A55 to Bangor, then A487/A499 and a bit of minor road; just across the peninsula from Pwllheli. https://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/details.asp?revid=20026
------------- Always edited for sloppy typing - when I spot it!

We actually live in Huyton but storing in Long Lane, Aintree which is a bit far but they van is good and safe there.
We think we may have been to Bay View about 20 years ago! Is there a Garden Centre over the road?
We are not long back from a fab sight in Hereford called Hereford Club site. Site beautifully clean, staff fab, lovely bar and facilities immaculately clean. Also been to one in Moreton-in Marsh in the Cotswolds called Hurn Lane Club Site with great facilities but no bar, also immaculate. I can let you know where we end up next if it's of interest to you. Cheers. PS I am Jean and Sasha is our dog xx
Jean, there is a facility on here for reviewing the sites you have used, which is very helpful to others. You don't need to write much more than you've put in your post above.

Hi Jean
Yes, Bay View has a gate directly onto the coast path and there is a garden centre about 10 minutes walk away. They have just had a new toilet block built and the pitches are massive. We have been to the CMC site in Moreton in Marsh several times. We also like the CMC site in Broadway. We love our storage site in Huyton, it is so convenient for the M62 (at least it was before the ridiculous roadworks at junction 6) but they have just bought a new site somewhere off the East Lancs Road and are closing the one we use next year.
Two hours from you, but great site which might work for you is Knight Stainforth Hall near Settle.
We've just come back from a fabulous long weekend there. We were in a motorhome but I'd say it's even better for caravans as there's so much to see in the area.
Hardstanding pitches, very nice facilities block, large enclosed dog field and right next to Stainforth Falls which also has a lovely riverside walk. Settle is a proper market town with cafes, pubs and shops.
The icing on the cake is their super bar and restaurant which offers brunch, tea and cakes and fabulous all day menu using the family's own farm produce.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
