Welcome to UKCS. We’re usually a friendly helpful bunch, but it looks like no one can specifically help.
Have a look at the jobs section here, volunteering might not be an option though (eg insurance?). However, someone might offer basic static accommodation in lieu of wages. And search the forum, I’m sure the question has been asked before, there are several campsite owners on here.
Good luck, hope it works out for you.
Your question at least partly falls into the fairly common question/debate about permanent living on a caravan site.
Bottom line is by law, something like 'you must vacate a touring site after no more than a 28 day continuous stay, with at least a day off site before returning'. It's a DELIBERATE move to stop touring caravan sites becoming residential!
Seemingly ways and means of living permanently on a site, which often do seem to at least bend the law if not break it! Employment on a site would seem to be more legitimate than most reasons, site wardens for example often live in their own vans for prolonged periods.
TBH, the search facility is a more than a bit clunky and not the easiest to successfully use, but there are typically 2 or 3 questions every year on the subject, so the info IS out there in a worthwhile way, but you have to be lucky to hit the right search terms to find it!
Having no fixed address for correspondence and certain registrations may complicate things, although that can be a helpful friend/relative address I believe.
There are some site related jobs advertised on here (https://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/jobs/), but it's currently still 'out of season' and many sites are still closed for the winter period, so maybe more vacancies in a month or two when most sites are open.
Looking at the jobs vacancies on this forum, there are some that could suit you. You would have to continue living in your campervan, but at least you would have a pitch for the entire season.

You could also do a search for residential parks that rent.
They are few and far between, but there are some in various areas, where you will rent a residential park home and be able to live there legally without having to provide another address for post etc. (Do bear in mind that you will have to contact the park operator for this - individual owners are not permitted to sublet).
Finding a caravan - static or touring - to rent as your summer home will involve you jumping through various hoops to convince the landlord that you have a legal home address.
You may, as suggested, be able to find a job on a static holiday caravan park which has permission for an employee to live there full time and which will provide accommodation - but again these are few and far between as in the majority of cases you will be expected to own the static. Few seasonal sites will supply employee accommodation unless you can prove you have a "proper" address elsewhere as they do not want to risk the end of the season with employee claiming they will be homeless if they leave - which will involve court cases and legal costs.
Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
