myself and OH want to go somewhere local for the BH I have searched the site and come up with Longridge which is pretty local to us but the reviews are very mixed.

The plan was to go somewhere very local pitch the tent and if my son didn't take to it then my OH could take him home with me stopping there with my daughter then hubby and son could come back the next day and try again.

I'm wondering if anyone in Lancashire could point me in the direction of a decent campsite for the BH which is near Burnley.

There's one in Ormskirk that everyone raves about, no idea what it's called i'm afraid.

Oh and the camping C&CC site at Clitheroe is also meant to be good.
