I have been phoning round campsites in Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and Hampshire but found none that have a non-electric pitch for a tent for tonight + 4 more nights. Does anyone know a family campsite with play area / shower blocks, etc. that might have availability?

I'm having the same problem....i've tried devon, dorset and tenby area to no avail...also looking for family site..maybe I'm just too fusy!!!lol just bought a brand new tent and looks like its staying in the box...
Yep Fully booked up to work late shift until sunday then early shift starting on tuesday, then FRIDAY 19 0900 hook up trailer tent and off on hols for 15 glorious days. Roll on!!!. The thought of this makes thesr lates fly by.

There have deff been more people camping this year than in previous years. We have some spaces left but getting very limited throughout the rest of the month, in the 9 years we have been here never known it so full.
