Hi all,

New to camping but a keen boat enthusiast I need to find sites that have good slipway facilities.  If anyone knows of any please let me know, any part of the country.

Now listen bridgeman! I'll tell you of such a site and it's not too far for you going from South Wales, but you've got to promise to keep it to yourself coz it's our favourite site and getting w-a-y too popular!

Put your eyes close to the screen and I'll whisper.....PENTEWAN SANDS, CORNWALL!!!!!! Sorry couldn't just whisper as I get so excited when I mention it - just wish we were there now...... and always It's between St. Austell and Mevagissey.

You can find all the details on the  camp site search link at the top of the screen. It's a brilliant site. I do know that they make a small charge for launching boats, (little tractor thingy takes them down the beach and into the sea), but don't know how much.

And don't forget - KEEP IT TO YOURSELF -lol
