Has anyone stayed at Wear Farm, near Teignmouth. Looking on map its not far from railway - was there any disturbance from the trains?

I stayed there with my family many years ago, so can't comment on the facilities. But we didn't have any trouble with train noise. I think it is down in a a bit of a cutting, but whatever it certainly didn't upset us.
