I'm gambling on an indian summer - I'm sure the weather is just getting this rain out of its system ready to provide blazing sunshine for my hols. I have bought my first tent and now gathering bits and bobs.

But where to go? Does anyone have ideas of where to go at that time of year? I live in Bournemouth so was thinking of Cornwall or Devon - I would appreciate suggestions.

Anywhere! Oct is great for camping. Less people around and I love the autumn colours anyway.

Treen Farm is good, near Porthcurno (past Penzance) - not sure when they close for winter though
