I was wondering if anyone can recommend a campsite not too far from Coventry (max. 45 minutes' drive).
We're looking for a place that's accomodating (preferably with activities) for young children (mine are 3 and 6 next summer), and all amenities (bar, shop, swimmingpool, playground, etc.) close by.
I hope someone's got some ideas!

You could try riverside in Stratford Upon Avon but I think they're caravans only now?
Otherwise theres not that many commercial sites around this area! Just seen you're from Leamington so you may have noticed yourself!! ps I'm from Leamington too!
If you find a decent site let us know we always travel a little further a field but we also don't have kiddies to amuse!
Tried Nuneaton area?? Or what about Kingsbury waterpark site? 45 mins might be pushing it to Cov though!!

My boyfriend works in Coventry and we'd like to go for longer than the week he gets off from work (we spend the other weeks going to Holland (I'm Dutch) and snowboarding in winter), so anywhere near Cov would be ideal, but no, not a lot around these parts really, is there...
I'm Helen , Abi is my sign on name (its actually the name of our caravan) I was just being cautious when I first signed up for this site .. they always say don't use your own name!! Hoever this lot are to be trusted! LOL
I'm struggling to make a suggestion for around here, there is the Cotswold Hoburne Site but again I think its a bit more than 45 mins back to Cov!
Have you tried the camp-site search on here??
