Hello, I am planning a weekend camping in the Lake District in October and would like some advice. There are four of us going (2 couples) mid twenties. We would like to find somewhere with good veiws, pubs nearby, able to have a fire if possible. We would also like somewhere that doesn't have a strict noise policy, not that we plan any huge parties, we'd just like to stay up chatting and such. I'm not a big fan of kids either

Any reccomendations would be appreciated!

We also plan to do some walking, so somewhere central would be good!

Have a look at this one http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/reviews.asp?revid=2222

Not sure how far the pubs are though or if they allow fires.
