A few years back a colleaue of mine got wed at The Great Tythe Barn somewhere in the Cotswolds. I'm not sure if it had a campsite attached but seem to remember alot of talk around the office about alot of the guests camping 2 nights each side of the big day.
There is a place up from where I live called The Tithe Barn they do allow camping (to do with the scouts) in a nearby field they might be willing to arrange something, although I dont think anyone has had a camping wedding there before. It is a lovley location, stunning space.
The other thing you could do is have a civil ceremony at a registery office to make it official and then have a Humanist Ceremony which you would be able to have outdoors because it is not offical and therefore you could have it at you chosen campsite but you would get to share with all your friends etc.
Smilie is partly right, in fact you can get married anywhere that is licensed for the legal bit, but if you can't find a licensed premises with camping attached you can do the legal bit at a register office, then have a ceremony elswhere.
The ceremony does not have to be humanist, often local clergy would be willing to do a blessing service of some sort for you. (don't know about Rabbi's Immams etc depending on your religious persuasion you would have to check that out).
For legal information if you live in England or Wales, (Scotland has it's own rules) try this site -
Cockington court in Torquay, Devon Old country manor house, Cockington it's self is a small villiage that has not changed all the buldings are thatched with horse drawn carriges- It basically has not changed during the 1900's. would have thought there would be quite a few campsites in the area not sure if there is one attched. but the setting is beautiful.
Langdon Court, Wembury, Devon
Buckland monachorum, yelverton, Devon
Some of the National Trust properties are licensed for weddinigs and some do have campsites- Lanhydrock or cotehele cornwall ( not sure if i spelt that right) Saltram house, Devon

I have to agree Paula. I love this place. We went again only about 4 weeks ago when we were down visiting the in-laws. Funny thing is they had a wedding on that day we were there
