We need a dog friendly site in Dorset of Devon for May 2006, We are dog showing in Bath and want a few days on site before, electic hook up and usual facilities
Nice big pitches and within easy walking distance to beach (must be dog friendly), and some enertainment,

i know thers no dog icon on the facillities list for freshwater, in the camp site section, but if you go to the web link for the site ,in the touring prices it says dogs "maximum 3" £2.50 per night. maybe the icon has been missed off the list.

try newlands near lyme regis dorset close to beach and dogs are allowed in the clubhouse, so very dog friendly check out the reviews i havent been myself but am planning to next year as we are getting a dog soon .

newlands is a very hilly site, seadown {just around the corner) is flat and ajacent to the beach, but no club. but there is a dog friendly pub in the village, that do excelent meals, about 300 yards away. or you can walk to newlands or there is another site across the road with club and entertainment.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
