Hi all

Thinking of going to the Eden project in St Austell with 'our new motorhome', anyone know of a good site nearby. we are prepared to cycle a few miles [5].........

Heres one NOT to go to: Trewhiddle, its the worst site I have ever been on.

There are numerous others around the area, Mevagissey is not too far from St Austell and it is lovely there.

Have a look here this site is nice Trencreek we went last year and are returning again this summer. Our neighbours on site also rebooked so it cant be all bad.

Not sure about the distance for cycling to Eden though

Edit ; Just checked and it says its 3 miles to Eden.

Went two years ago and stopped at an excellent site i think was about three miles away so went on the bikes and did you know that if when paying you mention that you have come on bikes or walked you gain entry at half price worth bearing in mind when you see the prices.

I will look the site up and let you know cheers.
