looking for a seasonal pitch in Blackpool or southport or anywhere near at a low price. not over £1000 anybody know anything. dont want to tour this year.

I have seen a few caravans sited for a long time on the caravan site oppsite Whitehills Car showroom by B and Q Warehouse at Blackpool. There are some other ones around the same area. It may be worth you driving up and having a look. Just take the first exit off the third exit on the M55 sign posted Blackpool North Shore. When you get off at the exit. Take your first turning right over the B and Q roundabout and you will see the caravan site just before the traffic lights next to the farm buildings.
At those traffic lights if you get in the inside lane you can turn right or take a turning just off to the right down Ballam Lane. If you go down there, there is some sites down there too.
However if you right at those traffic lights down school road you will come to a round about. Take your third exit onto Cropper Road and there are a few sites down there too on your right hand side. One practically as soon as your turn right. I have had relatives who have stopped at both and I think they were both seasonal pitches. They were both really nice.
