Hi  all

First time post here so be nice!

We are driving from Boston (lincs) to Tenby south wales on Thursday afternoon.

We want to stop halfway on the way back for a night or 2. Ideally around hereford.

I have been through the search here, but my wife wants a campsite with a clubhouse. You know the type, a pub type place with a bar, disco for the kids etc.

I can't see any that match that description on the search. Anyone help?

thanks

Hi,

If you went a bit further to Brecon, there is this park http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/reviews.asp?revid=2503, not sure if it has a clubhouse, definitly has a pub attached, cafe etc and play areas (indoor soft) for the children.

Thanks, but Brecon is too close to Tenby to make it a break, we want to break up the journey back.

thanks anyway!

No I don't think we have any! Mordiford has a pub at the end of the road but nothing for kids and Mill Pond while lovely again pub with in walking distance but no kiddy things. We do Tenby in one and a half hours so maybe you should look to a bit nearer the A14 to break the journey.

well convince her that you don't want  a clubhouse.

the C&CC has a site on north enfield...in fact very close to the M25, not that you can hear much traffice noise. there is a pub in walking distance
