I,m looking for a campsite in Suffolk, a base from which to visit the Broads, preferably nearish the coast (as O.H. likes a paddle). Its just the two of us (about to hit our thirtys despite our best efforts) but we dont mind kids at all, we're not looking for luxury but it would be nice not to have to get up at 5am just to get a shower before lunch time.
The main thing I'm looking for however is somewhere easygoing - somewhere that doesn't mind if your up past 10.30 at night and wont get out the cattle prods if your having trouble drying off the tent on the day of departure.
I have the Orchard in Suffolk in mind as it seems perfect but I don't think they'll have any hook ups left. I know I'm a wuss but I do like to see what I'm tripping over.
Thanks Alison

Hi Alison .......... as Claire say's, give Orchards a go ..... no near the Broads, but you have Felixstowe one way and Aulderburgh the other, for a quick paddle
We have just returned from out 5th trip there ........ had a couple of early nights this time - in bed before midnight ... and have never been cattle prodded yetttttttt lol
If Your'e a CC member, try the Vulcan Arms CL at Sizewell, or ther's another good CL in the woods near the naturist beach at Corton, can't recall it's name, both with hookup, both easy going.
Cliff House Holiday Park at Dunwich is worth a look as well.
Cheers, Creaky.
