Have a look at Ripley Caravan Park.

Take a look at River Meadows site, just one mile out of Ripon if that, play area for kids and a club house, if thats what your looking for, and only about 3 miles from the A1

Ripley is good for the kids with the indoor swimming pool and games area.

The kids will love the lake and watching the ducks paddle around the site late at night. Beautiful Knarseborough only 5 mins ride away aswell. 

Only one draw back that can be avoided. When booking ask for a pitch with a EHU that way you will avoid been put next to the dog walk where the majority of the non EHU campers are put.

Believe me its a nasty smell and can easily spoil your experience especillay when not pitched down wind........

We weren't that impressed to be honest with Ripley.  Didn't think it warranted being a premier site anyway.  Unfortunatley, not stayed very often in that part of the country so can't really recommend any others.
