I have tried the campsite search but wondered if anyone could recommend a site in these areas which takes dogs, is close to beach, shops, pub? All the ones Ive found seem to have clubs and are all singing , all dancing and priced as such! Taking the dog we obviously wont be using clubs, swimming pools etc so would prefer not to pay for them in the pitch price. Any help much appreciated, thanks.

Golden Cap West Dorset is great, we stayed there last year and are going back this year.Very close to the beach, great food at the pub. The local shops very small but Morrisons is only a short trip. Lots of great walks.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
