Went there 2 years ago and would never got there again. As soon as we arrived I wanted to go home.  It was peak week and it was absolutely packed. Very noisy, and the pitches were very close together.  It rained quite a lot when we were there and anybody on the very flat pitches at the bottom of the site were swimming in puddles.  Lots of people moved. 

My son got out of the outdoor pool the first time we went in it and he came out covered in hives. There is nothing I enjoyed about the site at all apart from the area it is in.   Hope your friend gets his money back. 

We agree with most of the above, there are far better sites in the immediate area.

We had problems with noise, pitches too close, people walking thro' "our" space etc, left after a few days, could not get refund even though the next day when we looked our previous pitch had already been re-let, they got paid twice!!!!

Went to Cofton, a different world.
