hi all,

have a business trip to newcastle next week so thought i would take the van and have a long weekend up there.

i was looking at the whitley bay caravan club site - but this is full next saturday.

so though about going to the grange site, but worried about the road noise.

can anyone recoomend a site near castle or can comment on the road noise if staying at the grange.

Stayed at the Grange two weeks ago - great site but you can here the road noise and it goes on all night OK for a short stay also beware of the entry road it is literally off the roundabout as you come off the A1M
