We are thinking of visiting Hunters Hamlet in early September, I have read the one and only review on the site and just wondered if any fellow campers had been there recently and what you thought of the site.

We have just come back from there and it was lovely...peaceful, rustic play area (with a stream running through it) for the kids...there were quite a few kids staying but never any noise! Wonderful views of the country and i'm sure I saw the sea in the distance! O...I nearly forgot the peacock who visits sometimes he was great...kids fascinated! Beautiful, small, relaxing...just what half term ordered!
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
