quite new to camping, and also quite rubbish at UK geography..so help appreciated! Looking for family site (1 toddler, 1 x 4yr old) VERY near a beach (preferably walking distance with babs in backpack or buggy?) that is sandy. We're on Essex/Herts borders and this is for quick weekend break so Suffolk/Essex/Kent beaches are closest but I'm not sure about sandy..? Any ideas?
I promise I'll get better at knowing my UK beaches!
thanks and best regards, Nicola

Well that’s odd that you ask this question because I was just thinking about looking for the same thing myself. I’ll probably spend some time today or tomorrow and see what I can find and I’ll post them up here for you.
None of them will be recommendations because I wont have been to any.
I am of course happy to receive recommendations from any other poster in the mean time.
