hi richie, welcome to ukcs. you don't need to worry about washing and bathing facilities for a 6 month baby. You take a large plastic storage box with you,(which you fill with anything you want for the journey )and you geta bucket of  hot water from the dish washing up area and bath baby in or outside the tent. also doubles as a splash pool for cooling them off in the hot weather. Most kiddies aren't keen on showers and get bathed this way until about  4yrs. There are some sites that have baby baths available in the showers too.
