We have just returned from 5 great days, staying on a smallholding outside of Helston, great big field there was 2 tents one at either end of the field , the only facilties are 1 toilet and a sink[cold water] and a cold water tap outside.It cost less than £25 for 4 of us,if you don't mind chickens and cockerels and fancy getting back to basic camping I will forward the email address to you. I love sites like that.  I know some people moan if there's not a hair dryer on tap, but if you're in the middle of nowhere with a few chickens for company who cares?

We took a 12v shower and a toilet tent with a paddling pool in the bottom as a shower tray, this worked fine with a power pack, just remember a big bath sheet to get back in the tent.
