Haven't booked a camping site yet, as I'm waiting to see what weather is like at the beginning of August then heading towards the yellow sun on the weather map! Has anyone booked the day before? Hoping to go to Cornwall? anyone had problems finding a site in August in this county?

The answer is yes but it all depends what you want as regards a site

Hi, I have just rung over a dozen sites in the Newquay area (all the family orientated ones) and they are full until the end of August although some have non electric pitches. I am now trying Dorset and have definitely learnt my lesson as a new caravanner and will be booking for next year soon!

treloy campsite might not be fully booked thats in newquay and has pub cafe swimming pool kids play area we only booken on monday
