Hi, does anyone know of any good campsites (we are tenters!) around the Midlands area we have 2 kids (both 9) so looking for something clean good access to lots of areas and with something for the kids and a pub for the adults! I know I may be asking for something out of ordinary but its worth a try!

Tallington Lakes is good. Not sure if it's the area you are looking at but there's loads of watersports, a dry ski slope, and a play area. Peterborough is 10 miles away, lots to do there, and there is Stamford, a nice olde worlde town just up the road. You are an hour and a half from Hunstanton or Skegness if you want the beach.
